Kieran Obsuna. Representing Batch 83 is a talented photographer, businessman, and triathlete is our next featured athlete.

Let’s get to know a bit from his rowdy high school days to a man who lives by these words:

“IT CAN BE DONE!”

Runroo: What is your fondest memory you have in Sacred Heart School?

“Luyo gym unya!” It meant “Bagay sa likod GYM” back then — very exciting. hahaha

Runroo: Let’s talk about triathlon. Which discipline you are most confident, and which discipline you feel you need to improve most?

Swimming is my most confident discipline since I’ve competed in all swim disciplines back in college.

I need to improve most is the bike since I was not a biker.

Runroo: How do you manage training and doing business?

Training is usually weekend for long rides or run; while on weekdays are dedicated to either swimming or short run.

Runroo: What is the biggest race you are preparing this year?

I’m preparing for the IM 70.3 which will be in a month.
